My god, but Heidi to the rescue. I have been studying so hard, and I need to at over age 60, to pass this test. I had thoughts yesterday of not being able to take this test, running out of the May 6th deadline, and… no test.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your assistance. And the CALM around which you get it accomplished.
It is 3:30 am in Hawaii. This tells you that I am a bit panicky. I’ll go back to bed, and wake up calm. I now have confidence that it is a problem that can get fixed before Thursday of next week. And maybe today. Yay.

I have made such a mess of my PDA applications this year- honestly, I have no idea what was wrong with me …
Anyway, I just wanted to say how amazing Ruosi has been!
Super patient, really helpful and efficient. She got me out of such a pickle by sending lists of everything I needed, and picking up on errors (such as listing in the program ‘safety’ when it should have been ‘ethics’).
She’s a great asset to the NCCAOM!
